Get rid of no longer used computers Saturday in Omaha

For those who are going to be in Omaha on Saturday and have old computer equipment to dispose of, Goodwill Industries will take it off your hands. Randy Parks with Goodwill says if the equipment is still in good shape they will put it to good use. High quality electronics will be recycled and hard drives wiped clean. They will be sold in Goodwill’s Good Bytes electronics’ store at 72nd and F Streets.
Parks says equipment they cannot use will be run through Dell’s reconnect program. The computers are recycled or disposed of properly.
Those with no longer used computers can drop them off from 9 am until 1 pm at 74th and Dodge Streets at the Crossroads Mall parking lot.
