Huskers soccer drops third straight

The Nebraska soccer team dropped its third straight Big Ten Conference game Sunday afternoon losing 2-1 to the Michigan Wolverines. The Huskers are below .500 on the season at 5-6-1, 2-3-0 in Big Ten games.
Junior Morgan Marlborough scored the Huskers’ only goal of the game midway through the second half for her 16th goal of the season on assists from Blair Slapper and Stacy Bartels, but the Huskers couldn’t get any closer despite outshooting the Wolverines 17-13.
