The Nebraska men’s basketball team moved to 6-0 at home and 7-2 overall following an easy 78-57 win over Alcorn State who dropped to 0-8 in all road games this season.
The Braves were held to just 18% shooting in the first half as the Huskers built a 40-17 halftime lead. From there, NU coasted home.
Lance Jeter scored 16 points, Jorge Brian Diaz 15, and Brandon Ubel added 14 points on 6-of-7 shooting, Andre Almeida had 11 points and Caleb Walker grabbed 12 rebounds for the Cornhuskers.
Marquiz Baker scored 32 points for Alcorn State.
