Nebraska is #2 in sending back census forms

Nebraska ranks near the top when it comes to returning census forms.
South Dakota is the number-one state in the nation with a 58-percent return rate. Nebraska and North Dakota are tied for number-two, each with a 57-percent participation rate.
The national return rate is around 46-percent. Just a week ago, Nebraska ranked fifth.
For Nebraskans who still haven’t filled out their forms, there’s still time. The Census Bureau has set April 1st as the target date for having all of the forms turned in.
