On Senior Night for the Huskers Ryan Anderson, Sek Henry and Ben Nelson there was nothing that could be done to stop a hot shooting Colorado team. The made 12 of their first 16 shots and finished the night at 62% as the Huskers lost 81-68 in their final home game of the season. Brian Jorge Diaz led four Huskers in double figures with 15, Lance Jeter with 14 and Anderson had a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds. The Husker men will wrap up their regular season at Oklahoma State.
Colorado’s forward Casey Crawford was on last night as he was 6 of 7 on three pointers, including four in the second half as he finished with a career high 20 points. Nebraska tried to chip away and got the score to 46-40, but Crawford help but the Buffs up by 11 with 12:25 to go. His sixth and final three of the night came with just under eight minutes remaining and gave the Buffs their biggest lead at 65-45.
