Tie a ribbon on for safety

Mothers Against Drunk Driving is asking you to tie one on for safety this year by putting a red ribbon on your car to tell other drivers, you’ve made the decision for safety and you won’t drink or drive.
“We want to encourage everyone to have a good time, make a plan ahead of time, designate a sobler driver, always wear your seat belt, your seat belt is your best defense against drunk driving.”
Simera Reynolds with MADD says you need to plan ahead anytime you’ll be drinking and need a way home. You can pick up a red ribbon at Hy-Vee, Triple A, or the police station.
