The Nebraska men’s basketball team shot just 33% in the second half and just 14% from three point range for the entire game as the Huskers drop to 1-1 following their 69-55 loss at Saint Louis University.
The Huskers led 1-0 and 3-2 in the first minute of the game and never gained the lead after that although they kept it to a one point game at half trailing 28-27. The Second half was a different story as the Billikens outscored NU 41-28 while shooting 48%.
Sek Henry led the Husker with 14 points on 4 of 7 shooting while going 6 for 6 at the free throw line. The only saving grace for the Huskers was the fact they were 10-13 from the free throw line in the second half, otherwise they would have stuggled getting more than 20 points in the second half.
