Big Red Report–Huskers staying mum on Mizzou

Colorado lost last night in the national game to West Virginia 35-24 and in one week, it will be the Nebraska Cornhuskers who are on the national stage when they travel to play the Missouri Tigers. This week for the Huskers has been hush-hush about the Tigers and more focus on themselves.
Senior wide receiver and Missouri native Chris Brooks. You know, I think Bo Pelini and the team is trying to play it close to the vest, but that Missouri loss last year really hurt and you could tell it was a spring board for the rest of the season, but Pelini not just talking about next week, but the entire Big 12 schedule and now is the time to turn up the heat in practice.
Linebacker Phillip Dillard says that this year’s team is much closer, there is certainly a different feeling among the players.
Big 12 meet the Big Apple. The New York Yankees announced that Yankee Stadium will host a bowl game beginning at the end of the 2010 regular season. The game will be played between Christmas and New Years. It will feature the 7th place team from the Big 12 against the third or fourth place team from the Big East.
