A decline in H1N1 sickness at Lincoln School

Finally, a decline in the rising number of students home sick from Lincoln’s Pius X High School because of the H1N1 virus. Principal Tom Korta tells us that he hopes that indicates they’ve turned the corner on the outbreak.
191 students were out Thursday because of the flu.  That is down from the over 220 absent Wednesday.  Korta says they have also seen far less students going to the room set aside for those who come down sick at school.  Principal Korta says the challenge now will be to determine which kids missed which days and what information they need to catch up with the rest.
