NU's Bailey drafted, but coming back for senior year

Nebraska baseball junior Adam Bailey was picked in the 38th round by the Yankees, but already contacted NU coaches to inform them he will be back for his senior season.
Bailey led the Husker offense with 12 homers and 50 RBIs had hoped to go in the earlier rounds of the second day. Other state players who were picked on the final day of the MLB draft were pitchers Steven Junker of Bellevue University who went to Colorado in the 32nd round and UNO’s Chris Kessinger who went in the 37th round to Seattle.
