Creighton pitcher Tara Oltman has earned her third All-American honor this year after the junior was named to the Easton All-America second team for the third straight season.
Oltman has 86 career wins which is the most in school and Missouri Valley Conference history. Oltman is the first player in Creighton history to earn All-America honors in three seasons.
Oltman, is also the only three time MVC pitcher of the year and was named Academic All-American and was named Creighton’s first National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American since 1991. The Beatrice High School graduate went 29-11 with a 0.88 ERA, 12 shutouts and 283 strikeouts in 277.1 innings.
