Animal cruelty caught on tape

Their own cell phone videos gave them away. Lancaster County Captain Ben Houchin(How-chen) says that two 17 year olds were arrested for animal cruelty after showing fellow students at Waverly School a cell phone video showing them hurting a cat.
“It’s very sad that this had to occur especially when it was one of the 17 year olds pets…. it was described as a farm animal but they had been taking care of it and feeding it and it’s very hard to beleive that people would do this to their own animals.”
They first shot the cat with a bow and arrow..and when it didn’t die they allegedly videod themselves laughing and hitting the cat on a table and throwing a log at it.
