J.J. Pursley, the last of three Chadron State wrestlers who were hospitalized after a traffic accident in Colorado was released from a hospital.
This came on the same night when the 11th ranked Eagles were competing for the first time since the accident. They fell to Northern State 21-20 in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
They’ll next compete this weekend at the Loper Open in Kearney where the host Lopers are ranked third in the first two ratings polls in Division II.
The UNK Loper Open, is a non-scoring meet that draws wrestlers from every collegiate level.
