Dana College’s first trip to the NAIA national ended last night with a 7-0 loss to Mobile. The Vikings, were outshot 10-5 on goal, and are eliminated after a tournament opening win on Nov. 22 with a 3-1 victory over St. Ambrose (Iowa).
Coach Gene Torrens said his team was ready to play but seemed nervous against Mobile (14-6-2), which has qualified for nationals 12 times and won a national title.
