After scoring 16 runs the night before, the power was switched off as Wichita beat the Lincoln Saltdogs 3-0 behind the pitching of Leonard Landeros who pitched eight scoreless innings.
Lincoln only had two runners on base once in the contest, and only two runners made it as far as third base. Landeros walked three and struck out five before turning the game over to former Saltdog Byron Embry, who pitched a scoreless ninth for his 18th save.
Jarrett Gardner went the distance for the Saltdogs throwing a complete while giving up two earned rusn on six hits.
Curt Miao had two hits for the Saltdogs who wrap up their series with the Wingnuts tonight.
