The Lincoln Saltdogs lost 13-4 at El Paso dropping to 3-2 on this road trip with two games left before heading home.
Lincoln starter Ryan Trytten (4-5) was ineffective in his return to the starting rotation, allowing eight runs on ten hits in five-plus innings of work. Trytten, who had spent over two weeks on the disabled list since winning his last start on July 9, gave up two runs in the first, two more in the second, and single runs in the fourth and fifth. Trytten departed after allowing the first two runners to reach base in the sixth, both of which scored.
