A rather quiet game offensively sure woke up in the 10th inning of last night’s Omaha Royals-Las Vegas 51s. With the score tied at one, the bats woke up for both teams unfortunately, with the O-Royals coming up on the short end.
With the score tied at one after nine innings, Pinch hitter Ryan Shealy hit a two run double in the 10th to give the O-Royals a 3-1 lead. However in the bottom of the inning, Yasuhiko Yabuta couldn’t record an out as he gave up three straight hits, a single, double and then a two run homer to Las Vegas 51s John Lindsey to lose the game 4-3.
