The Omaha Royals struggles continue. They were swept on Sunday in a doubleheader 2-1 and 5-4. They drew nine walks in the first game and couldn’t score and poor baserunning cost a couple of runs in the second game. Gookie Dawkins did his part for the O-Royals, batting 3 for 4 with two RBI. The O-Royals, 5-14 in July, wrap up this homestand today with Round Rock at 12:05 pm.
