Eric Patterson and Jason Dubois homered in the first inning en route to a three run first as the Iowa Cubs completed the weekend sweep of the Omaha Royals with a 5-3 win.

Horacio Ramirez who went 12-4 win 2003 as a rookie with the Atlanta Braves is trying to make a comeback and pitched well after that three run first inning. Ramirez pitched the next five innings with shut out ball.
