Several all-terrain vehicles have disappeared in Perkins County. Sheriff Jim Brueggeman says three ATVs and a gooseneck trailer went missing sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning. A 2008 Arctic Cat 400 Automatic 4×4 was taken from Ag Sales and Service in Grant. The ATV had been parked on display in front of the business.Ag Sales and Service also reported a 2007 Arctic Cat 400 Automatic ATV missing that had been parked behind the business. Deputies were then alerted to a missing 200 Honda Fourtrax Ranchers Automatic 4×4 ATV from a privately owned Quonset in Venango.
A day later, deputies received a report of a missing 2007 40-foot homemade gooseneck flatbed trailer with a steel plated tread floor and metallic silver and white shaded letters that read “JJ Farms” on the trailer’s neck. The trailer was also stolen from the Venango Quonset.
The total value of the items stolen in Perkins County is well of $28,000. Authorities are asking the public for help in locating the equipment and returning it to their owners.
