The Governor is creating a new cabinet position. Neil Moseman will head up Nebraska’s energy office. The office has been in operation since the 70’s as a division of the Governor’s office. Governor Dave Heineman says a cabinet level Nebraska Energy Office will take the state’s energy efforts to the next level. Moseman will work to promote efficient and environmentally responsible uses of energy in the state. He most recently worked as an advisor on environmental issues in the Governor’s office.
