The housing crisis and the credit crunch will likely be improving in the near future. That’s what we heard from Creighton Economics professor Ernie Goss. Goss says housing prices have come down every month since January of 2007. He expects housing prices to continue to drop through 2008. But, he does think the rate of growth is slowing and says we are seeing better economic conditions. Goss says even though this feels like a recession, he thinks this period will not end up being called a recession when it is all said and done.
