Nebraska has bad ranking when it comes to drunk driving

A new report shows nearly 23 percent of people 18 and older drove drunk at least once between 2004 and 2006. That is disturbing to Nebraska MADD spokeswoman Simara Reynolds.
She says some people below the age of 18 aren’t even aware of the .08 legislation, noting police have zero tolerance for people who drink that are under the age of 21. Nebraska MADD spokeswoman Simara Reynolds says one in six arrests in Nebraska is a DUI.  Utah reported the nations lowest rate in drunk driving.
