Sellout expected for Red-White Game

It will be a busy weekend in Lincoln.  Not only will the baseball team be hosting the Kansas Jayhawks, but of course it’s the Red-White game.  A sellout crowd is expected at Memorial Stadium.
City officials are warning fans should allow extra time with all of the extra construction taking place in Lincoln.
As far as the game, the Huskers held their first ever draft.  It’s mixing and matching first and second team players together as opposed to the number one offense playing the number two defense and vice-versa.
However, head coach Bo Pelini says they’ll watch the play and how long they are actually out on the field.  All quarterbacks will be wearing the traditional green “non contact” jerseys and Pelini will watch the clock.  They run the first and third quarters with clock stoppages, but run a continuous clock in the 2nd and 4th quarters.
